1. Administrator
Administratorem danych w needefy jest furai-studio. W sprawach danych napisz na furai@furai-studio.com. Nie wyznaczono inspektora ochrony danych.
2. Jakie dane
Konto: adres e-mail, identyfikator użytkownika i hasło zapisane wyłącznie jako skrót, nie w postaci jawnej. Pulpit: układ modułów, polecenia AI, opis „o mnie”, wyniki modułów, plan, limity odświeżeń, język portalu i strefa czasowa przeglądarki. Jeśli zezwolisz na lokalizację, zapisujemy kraj, region i współrzędne potrzebne do pogody. Opinia: e-mail, ocena, treść i data. W przeglądarce zostają sesja, wygląd pulpitu i podręczna kopia widżetu. To pamięć potrzebna do działania, nie cookies reklamowe. Po włączonej zgodzie „Lepsze sugestie z aktywności w needefy” zapisujemy zdarzenia w serwisie: odświeżenia i otwarcia modułów, użycie Sugestii AI, zapis poleceń modułów AI oraz informację, czy korzystasz z telefonu czy komputera. Nie zapisujemy historii innych stron.
3. Po co i na jakiej podstawie
Konto, pulpit i generowanie treści, o które prosisz, przetwarzamy, żeby wykonać umowę o korzystanie z serwisu. Lokalizację bierzemy tylko po zgodzie w przeglądarce i możesz jej odmówić — wtedy zostaje język przeglądarki. Zdarzenia aktywności w serwisie przetwarzamy tylko po Twojej zgodzie w Ustawieniach — w celu lepszych sugestii i dopasowania treści AI. Zgodę możesz w każdej chwili cofnąć; wtedy kończymy zbieranie i usuwamy dziennik. Opinię zapisujemy, gdy sam ją wyślesz. Dane rozliczeń PRO (identyfikatory, status subskrypcji, okres) przetwarzamy w celu wykonania umowy o subskrypcję, obsługi rezygnacji i odstąpienia oraz — gdy przepisy tego wymagają — prowadzenia księgowości i dochodzenia roszczeń. Bezpieczeństwo konta i usługi opieramy na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie administratora.
4. Komu przekazujemy
Konto i pulpit są w bazie operatora. Polecenie, opis „o mnie” i prośba o wiadomości idą do modelu Gemini (Google), który może dopytać wyszukiwarkę Google. Przy włączonej zgodzie na naukę z aktywności skrót tego dziennika może być dołączany do poleceń o sugestie. Po zgodzie na lokalizację współrzędne idą do Nominatim (OpenStreetMap), żeby ustalić kraj i region, oraz do Open-Meteo po prognozę pogody. Kliknięcie kafelka pogody otwiera Weather.com z tymi współrzędnymi. Moduł mapy wysyła współrzędne i cel trasy do Google Maps. Płatność za plan PRO obsługuje Stripe: dostaje adres e-mail i dane płatności, a my zapisujemy identyfikator klienta, status subskrypcji, walutę i koniec opłaconego okresu. Nie sprzedajemy danych i nie przekazujemy ich sieciom reklamowym.
5. Poza EOG
Google i Stripe mogą przetwarzać dane także poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym, na podstawie swoich standardowych klauzul umownych i dokumentacji. Nominatim służy tylko do odczytu miejsca po zgodzie na lokalizację.
6. Jak długo
Dane konta i pulpitu trzymamy do usunięcia konta. Opinie usuwamy razem z kontem. Wyniki AI nadpisujemy przy kolejnym odświeżeniu. Dziennik aktywności (przy włączonej zgodzie) trzymamy maksymalnie 90 dni lub do wyłączenia zgody — co nastąpi wcześniej. Pamięć przeglądarki możesz wyczyścić w jej ustawieniach; usunięcie konta kasuje też lokalną kopię widżetu na tym urządzeniu. Po rezygnacji lub odstąpieniu od PRO kończymy subskrypcję i dostęp zgodnie z regulaminem, lecz identyfikator klienta u Stripe oraz zapisy statusu płatności u nas i u Stripe możemy przechowywać przez okres wymagany przepisami, w szczególności podatkowymi i rachunkowymi. To nie oznacza, że subskrypcja nadal jest aktywna.
7. Twoje prawa
Możesz poprawiać opis i moduły w pulpicie, pobrać swoje dane w Ustawieniach oraz usunąć konto. Masz też prawo dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia danych i sprzeciwu, a także skargi do Prezesa UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl). Cofnięcie zgody na lokalizację działa w ustawieniach przeglądarki i nie wpływa na zgodność wcześniejszego przetwarzania.
8. Dzieci
Serwis nie jest przeznaczony dla osób poniżej 16 lat. Nie zakładaj konta, jeśli nie masz ukończonych 16 lat.

1. Controller
The controller of personal data in needefy is furai-studio. For data requests write to furai@furai-studio.com. No data protection officer has been appointed.
2. What data
Account: email address, user id and the password stored only as a hash, never in plain text. Dashboard: module layout, AI prompts, the “about me” text, module results, plan, refresh limits, portal language and the browser time zone. If you allow location, we store the country, the region and the coordinates needed for the weather. Feedback: email, rating, text and date. The browser keeps the session, the dashboard appearance and a widget cache. That storage is needed to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies. If you turn on “Better suggestions from in-app activity”, we store in-service events: module opens and refreshes, use of AI Suggestions, saved AI module prompts, and whether you use a phone or a computer. We do not store other websites’ history.
3. Why and on what basis
The account, the dashboard and the content you ask the AI to write are processed to perform the contract for the service. Location is used only after you allow it in the browser, and you can refuse — the portal then stays in the browser language. In-app activity is processed only after you opt in in Settings — to improve suggestions and AI content. You can withdraw that consent at any time; we then stop collecting and delete the log. Feedback is stored when you send it. PRO billing data (identifiers, subscription status, billing period) is processed to perform the subscription contract, handle cancellation and withdrawal, and — where the law requires — for accounting and claims. Account and service security rely on the controller’s legitimate interest.
4. Who receives data
The account and the dashboard stay in the operator’s database. A prompt, the “about me” text and a news request go to an AI model through OpenRouter, which may search the web. If activity learning is on, a short summary of that log may be attached to suggestion requests. After a location permission, coordinates go to Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) to resolve the country and region, and to Open-Meteo for the forecast. Opening the weather tile opens Weather.com with those coordinates. The map module sends the coordinates and the route destination to Google Maps. Stripe handles the PRO payment: it receives the email address and the payment details, and we store the customer id, the subscription status, the currency and the end of the paid period. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to ad networks.
5. Outside the EEA
Google and Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area under their standard contractual clauses and documentation. Nominatim is used only to read a place name after you allow location.
6. How long
Account and dashboard data stay until you delete the account. Feedback is deleted with the account. AI results are replaced on the next refresh. The activity log (when opted in) is kept for up to 90 days or until you turn the option off — whichever comes first. You can clear browser storage in the browser settings; deleting the account also clears the widget cache on that device. After PRO cancellation or withdrawal we end the subscription and access as described in the terms, but the Stripe customer identifier and payment status records may be kept by us and by Stripe for as long as the law requires, especially for tax and accounting. That does not mean the subscription is still active.
7. Your rights
You can edit the description and modules, download your data in Settings, and delete the account. You also have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl). Withdrawing location permission in the browser does not affect processing that already happened.
8. Children
The service is not meant for anyone under 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16.
