Regulamin
Obowiązuje od 29 października 2026.
1. Operator i usługa
needefy prowadzi furai-studio. Serwis jest osobistym pulpitem do układania informacji, linków i modułów. Część modułów tworzy krótkie treści przy pomocy modelu AI na podstawie polecenia użytkownika oraz, jeśli je podał, opisu „o mnie”.
2. Konto
Do pulpitu potrzebne jest konto. Użytkownik podaje prawdziwy adres e-mail albo loguje się przez dostawcę, którego sam wybierze. Hasło i dostęp do konta zostają po jego stronie. Konto jest osobiste i nie należy go udostępniać.
3. Polecenia i opis użytkownika
Treść promptu i opisu „o mnie” wpisuje użytkownik. Od tych tekstów zależy, o czym moduł AI będzie pytał. Użytkownik odpowiada za to, co wpisuje, i za to, żeby polecenie nie dotyczyło rzeczy zakazanych w tym regulaminie.
4. Czego nie wolno żądać
Nie wolno używać serwisu do uzyskiwania treści obraźliwych, wulgarnych, poniżających, mowy nienawiści, pornografii, treści seksualnych z udziałem osób poniżej 18 lat, instrukcji przestępstw, przemocy, terroru, broni, materiałów wybuchowych, narkotyków, obchodzenia zabezpieczeń ani zachęty do samookaleczenia. Serwis dokłada do każdego polecenia wysyłanego do AI stały zapis, który ma takie treści odcinać. To ograniczenie techniczne, nie zgoda na próbowanie zakazanych poleceń.
5. Treści z AI
Wynik AI jest automatyczny. Może być niepełny, nieaktualny albo błędny. Nie jest poradą prawną, medyczną, finansową ani inwestycyjną. Zanim użytkownik podejmie decyzję, sprawdza informację u źródła. Nagłówki prowadzą do wyszukiwania, a nie do gwarancji, że opisany fakt jest prawdziwy.
6. Plany i limity
Część funkcji zależy od planu. Limity odświeżeń i zestaw modułów mogą się różnić. Plan PRO jest subskrypcją miesięczną opisaną w punkcie 11. furai-studio może zmieniać zakres planu, jeśli nie odbiera użytkownikowi już opłaconego okresu bez informacji o zmianie.
7. Opinie
Opinia wysłana z ustawień jest zapisywana razem z adresem e-mail, oceną i datą. Służy do poprawy serwisu. Nie powinna zawierać danych innych osób ani treści zakazanych w punkcie 4.
8. Usunięcie konta
Konto można usunąć w Ustawieniach. Usunięcie kasuje dane pulpitu powiązane z kontem i możliwość logowania. Tej operacji nie cofamy.
9. Odpowiedzialność
Serwis jest dostarczany w stanie, w jakim działa. furai-studio nie odpowiada za decyzje podjęte na podstawie treści AI, za przerwy niezależne od operatora ani za szkody powstałe przez polecenie, które łamie ten regulamin. Nie wyłącza to odpowiedzialności, której prawo nie pozwala wyłączyć.
10. Zmiany i kontakt
Regulamin może zostać zmieniony. Aktualna wersja jest dostępna w serwisie. Dalsze korzystanie po publikacji nowej wersji oznacza jej przyjęcie. Kontakt w sprawie serwisu: furai@furai-studio.com.
11. Subskrypcja PRO
Plan PRO kosztuje 29 zł miesięcznie dla użytkownika z Polski, 7,99 EUR miesięcznie w strefie euro albo 7,99 USD miesięcznie w pozostałych krajach. Na stronie subskrypcji widać jedną z tych cen, wybraną według kraju ze zgody na lokalizację, a bez tej zgody według języka portalu. Pierwsze 14 dni są bez opłaty. Po 14 dniach karta jest obciążana automatycznie podaną ceną, a potem co miesiąc, aż do rezygnacji. Rezygnacja albo odstąpienie przed końcem tych 14 dni zatrzymuje pierwsze obciążenie. Przed startem użytkownik widzi cenę, okres, informację o odnowieniu i potwierdza, że prosi o natychmiastowe uruchomienie PRO. Płatność obsługuje Stripe. furai-studio nie zapisuje numeru karty. Rezygnacja jest w każdej chwili na stronie subskrypcji. Po rezygnacji PRO działa do końca już opłaconego okresu i kolejna płatność nie jest pobierana. Konsument może odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni od jej zawarcia bez podania przyczyny, przyciskiem na stronie subskrypcji albo mailem na furai@furai-studio.com. Odstąpienie kończy dostęp od razu. Jeśli w tym czasie pobrano opłatę, zwracamy ją tym samym kanałem. Zgoda na natychmiastowe uruchomienie oznacza rozpoczęcie świadczenia przed upływem 14 dni i nie odbiera prawa odstąpienia w tym terminie. Po pełnym wykonaniu usługi cyfrowej za wyraźną, odrębną zgodą prawo odstąpienia może wygasnąć na zasadach ustawy o prawach konsumenta. Rezygnacja lub odstąpienie kończy subskrypcję u operatora płatności; profil klienta i zapisy transakcji mogą jednak pozostać u Stripe i u nas przez czas wymagany prawem — szczegóły w polityce prywatności.

1. Operator and service
needefy is run by furai-studio. The service is a personal dashboard for arranging news, links and modules. Some modules write short text with an AI model from the user’s prompt and, if provided, the “about me” description.
2. Account
A dashboard needs an account. The user gives a real email address or signs in with a provider they choose. The password and access to the account stay with the user. The account is personal and should not be shared.
3. Prompts and the user description
The user writes the prompt and the “about me” text. Those texts decide what an AI module asks about. The user is responsible for what they write, and for keeping the prompt away from what these terms forbid.
4. What you may not ask for
The service may not be used to obtain offensive, vulgar or degrading content, hate speech, pornography, sexual content involving anyone under 18, instructions for crimes, violence, terror, weapons, explosives, drugs, bypassing safeguards, or encouragement of self-harm. Every prompt sent to the AI has a fixed clause meant to block that content. That is a technical limit, not permission to try forbidden prompts.
5. AI content
AI output is automatic. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. It is not legal, medical, financial or investment advice. Before acting, the user checks the information at the source. Headlines lead to a search, not a guarantee that the described fact is true.
6. Plans and limits
Some features depend on the plan. Refresh limits and the set of modules can differ. PRO is the monthly subscription described in section 11. furai-studio may change a plan’s scope if it does not take away an already paid period without notice of the change.
7. Feedback
Feedback sent from settings is stored with the email address, the rating and the date. It is used to improve the service. It should not include other people’s data or content forbidden in section 4.
8. Deleting the account
The account can be deleted in Settings. Deletion removes the dashboard data linked to the account and the ability to sign in. This cannot be undone.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it works. furai-studio is not liable for decisions made from AI content, for interruptions outside the operator’s control, or for harm caused by a prompt that breaks these terms. This does not remove liability that the law does not allow to be removed.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may change. The current version is available in the service. Continuing to use the service after a new version is published means accepting it. Contact about the service: furai@furai-studio.com.
11. PRO subscription
PRO costs 29 PLN per month for a user in Poland, 7.99 EUR per month in the euro area, or 7.99 USD per month elsewhere. The subscription page shows one of those prices, chosen from the country when location consent exists, and from the portal language when it does not. The first 14 days are free. After 14 days the card is charged automatically at the price shown, and then every month until the subscription is canceled. Canceling or withdrawing before those 14 days end stops the first charge. Before it starts, the user sees the price, the period and the renewal, and confirms that they ask PRO to start immediately. Stripe handles the payment. furai-studio does not store the card number. Cancellation is available at any time on the subscription page. After cancellation PRO stays available until the end of the period already paid and the next charge is not taken. A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, with the button on the subscription page or by email to furai@furai-studio.com. Withdrawal ends access immediately. A charge taken in that time is returned by the same method. Asking for an immediate start means the service begins before the 14 days end and does not remove the right to withdraw during that time. After a digital service has been fully performed with a separate express consent, the right to withdraw may end under consumer law. Cancellation or withdrawal ends the subscription at the payment provider; the customer profile and transaction records may still be kept by Stripe and by us for as long as the law requires — see the privacy policy.
